My career in communication arts began in advertising at Earle Palmer Brown, as a Designer and Assistant Studio Manager. After 2 years of designing ads for USAir and directing photoshoots for Roy Rogers burgers and sandwiches, I joined Arnold Worldwide. Working here allowed me to do great creative work for clients such as Mobil, Chevy Chase Bank, Lockheed Martin and the Washington Redskins. Six years later, I went on to be a member of the creative team for Circle.com, a subsidiary of Snyder Communications where I helped lead the branding and marketing campaign during its startup phase. This is where I gained my knowledge of website development. Currently, I maintain a freelance business, providing clients with design for both online and traditional media.
In addition to Commercial Art, I have a passion for Abstract Painting. I am constantly inspired by my everyday surroundings which is reflected through my work that blends line, color and texture in oil, acrylic and mixed media.
One of my favorite design projects. I was given the opportunity to create an identity mark for Lockheed Martin's International Launch Services (ILS) program. This graphic mark was designed to represent rocketry and satellite launches – they've worked with more than 45 companies in 22 countries, launching more than 400 missions.
Email design for Hilton's internal team member program. The design is bright and the headline is fun, to encourage team and family members to use their vacation points before the end of the year.
Design and production of the RFID Global Solution tradeshow booth and the identity mark for Visi-Trac Analytics; real-time operational intelligence. This was all for the IEEE 2018 Conference in Orlando Florida.2
Designed and implemented a standard digital template, while maintaining brand standards for desktop and mobile landing pages. This allows the Hilton Portfolio team to implement new projects faster and with greater brand consistency.
Website page design for Homewood Suites. The client was looking for a solution to showcase a hero recipe video along with the written format and scrolling technique of additional recipes.
Aligning USAToday, and their local markets with a new brand identity system. This included assets such as, badges specific to each market, stationery, signage, logo design and social media. Each badge was researched for the specific market, designed and then illustrated by DKNG Studios.
Research and design of the TC Palm badge for the Treasure Coast Florida market. This badge along with the new Unify typeface represents TC Palm throughout all of its assets. The blue point is part of each badge to create a connection between the brand and the USA Today Network. The coin design highlights the famous 1715 Spanish shipwreck off Florida's. Millions of dollars worth of gold coins have been found throughout the years.
Design and layout of an ad for Hilton and American Express while maintaining co-brand standards. This ad is meant to highlight the bonus points the customer receives when they use their Hilton card on eligible purchases.
Share for Cures_Landing page. Encouraging cancer patients to sign up and share their health data with researchers in order to help find a cure for cancer. SHARE For Cures has built a technology platform called SHARE, the System for Health And Research Data Exchange that enables anyone to collect and aggregate their health and wellness data from many different places. This will include electronic medical records from multiple providers as well as wellness data from apps and mobile devices. #bethecure

Charlie Bear Productions_ Branding, packaging, photography illustration and design of Charlie Bear's Grrrreat Adventure Kit.
This kit is marketed toward family members of children. It provides children with all of the essentials to become a cub reporter and encourages them to discover a place in America they love. They can then report back to Charlie Bear and share their story.
100 Lives_Brochure design. The 100 Lives initiative, which aims to celebrate survivors of the Armenian Genocide and support efforts to keep the legacy of gratitude alive, was launched in New York.
